The engineering team is intentionally small, highly technical, and works directly with the founders. Engineers are expected to own products end-to-end, make architectural decisions independently, and ship production-ready software quickly.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving ambiguous technical problems, thinking from first principles, and building AI systems that are reliable at scale.
