• Greeting customers and offering assistance.

• Recommending related products to increase customers' options and enrich the shopping experience.
• Stay up to date with merchandise and informing customers about sales, promotions and awareness of Bata loyalty program (Bata Club).
• Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise and monitoring sales floor.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
