Join our team in Gravenhurst as a Full Time Visiting Nurse. We seek a dedicated individual with extensive wound care management experience to support clients across the community.
In this role, you will focus on client needs while traveling for visits and coordinating with HCCSS (LHIN). Your strong attention to detail will assist in managing reports, ordering supplies, and building rapport with patients. Commitment to patient safety and excellent customer service will be vital in a self-directed work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Care for client needs with a focus on wound care
• Administer IV antibiotics and perform CVAD care
• Report and coordinate with HCCSS (LHIN)
• Create client reports and updates regularly
• Build connections and maintain patient relations
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of community or clinical experience
• Current RN or RPN certification with CNO
• Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED
