Your Role

- Respond to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and organize client calendars.
- Manage a contact list and prepare customer spreadsheets.
- Keep online records and perform market research.
- Create presentations as assigned.
- Address employees’ administrative queries.
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact.
- Prioritize and organize tasks, monitor progress.
- Meet client expectations and demands.
- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
