Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support outreach and sales operations for a growing American business. You will support lead generation and follow-up activities that keep the sales pipeline active and organized. The role requires voice calls for lead qualification, follow-up, and appointment coordination.

At-a-Glance

  • Work Setup: 100% Remote, Full-time
  • Salary: Starts at P45,000
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST
  • Start Date: Within 2-4 weeks
  • Applicant must be comfortable speaking on calls with clients and prospects.
  • CRM experience is required; GHL / Hubspot / HouseCallPro experience is a plus
