GreenTech Resources Worldwide Canada is seeking full-time therapeutic counsellors. Support individuals and families by utilizing evidence-based practices in mental health and wellbeing care.
We are hiring three experienced therapists to provide individual, couples, family, and group counselling. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and implementing customized treatment plans, all while collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and determine client needs
• Design and monitor evidence-based treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Manage crisis situations effectively and safely
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
