Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Store Manager and assist with the direct supervision of management and store team.
  • Learn to lead, manage, and ensure the maximization of sales growth in your store.
  • Assist with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.
  • Set strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store; create and present a communication plan to teams at GSMs; ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
  • Account for store recruitment and build a high‑performance team.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
