Ontario Inc is seeking a self-motivated Software Engineer capable of collecting user requirements and developing technical specifications. You will lead teams to design, develop, and test computer-based systems and will be responsible for performance evaluation and troubleshooting maintenance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and document user requirements and technical specifications
• Design, develop, and test computer-based systems
• Create models to optimize architecture and evaluate performance
• Plan and coordinate installation and operation of systems
• Lead teams in software and system development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills
