Langenburg Motors is seeking an experienced and motivated Full‑Time Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity
  • Ensure excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle pickup
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
  • Monitor department performance and implement improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Foster a positive and team‑oriented work environment
