Overview

Ashgate Croft is a large and complex area special school providing education and care for pupils with learning difficulties, including autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties, and associated communication, behavioural and physical needs. The bespoke curriculum is informed by the EQUALS curriculum.

Responsibilities

The role involves supporting access to learning across lower and upper school departments, providing general support to teachers in managing pupils and the classroom as required.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will need to provide references prior to interview. A Disclosure and Barring Service check is required. Referencing and safeguarding requirements will be judged individually according to the nature of the role.
