Position Summary

A typical shift in this role starts at 10:00 PM and is focused on detailed cleaning and resetting of the restaurant's back-of-house areas. Overnight maintenance team members are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and high-use equipment such as grills, fryers, the combo machine, and smoothie machine, along with maintaining the crew room, crew washrooms, and stock areas.
