Make a difference in Elie, MB, as an Outreach Support Mentor for Life’s Journey Inc. This full-time role centers on supporting participants in the Outreach and Spectrum Connections programs.
You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure that each participant's needs are met and program standards are followed. Your responsibilities will include program planning and providing direct support, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional boundaries. Adapting to challenges while fostering trust is key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly support program participants in daily tasks
• Collaborate with outreach team members on service delivery
