Coordinate nail salon activities as a Full-Time Nail Salon Coordinator, focusing on operations management and team leadership. Ensure high standards of service satisfaction and efficiency.
This role is a full-time, three-year contract position requiring on-site work. You'll oversee daily operations in an aesthetic service environment, evaluating procedures and implementing best practices. Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing inventory, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns while supervising a team of 3 to 4 technicians.
