LifeLabs is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join their team in Kimberley. This full time position operates Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00. The successful candidate will greet patients, perform phlebotomies, and prepare specimens for transport. A BC Drivers License is necessary to ensure compliance as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and obtain necessary test information
• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors
• Conduct special test collections and fill documentation accurately
• Maintain client relationships by responding to inquiries
• Prepare specimens for transportation and processing
