• IV Therapy Technician STATUS: Exempt The IV Therapy Technician is responsible for initiating IV access and administering intravenous vitamins, minerals, and other nutrient-based therapies to support client health and wellness.


• This role plays a key part in delivering a safe, high‑quality clinical experience by monitoring clients throughout their infusion, reviewing medical histories, and making appropriate clinical decisions within scope and protocol.
• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ● Start and administer IV’s and run fluid therapy for the intravenous process. ● Administer IM/SQ Injections as indicated. ● Monitor the client’s response to treatment. ● Manage and prevent infections. ● Assess the client’s physical health including vital signs, physical assessment, mental status, etc. ● Identify contraindications to intravenous therapy for the c...
