Full Time - IT Director

JOB SUMMARY:

• The Director of Information Technology is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and execution of all information technology functions supporting Clin-Path Diagnostics LLC and affiliated laboratory operations.


• This role oversees enterprise IT systems supporting anatomic pathology, molecular diagnostics (including NGS), flow cytometry, FISH, IHC, digital pathology, laboratory instrumentation, and client-facing systems.
• The Director of Information Technology ensures the reliability, security, scalability, and regulatory compliance of all IT systems while supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and major strategic initiatives.
• This position manages IT staff, vendors, and budgets, and serves as the primary owner of IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, LIS platforms, and enterprise integrations.
