BARGAINING UNIT / LEVEL: Professional Bargaining Unit - Level 06/08
SALARY RANGE: $68,569 - 90,020 annually DOQ
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Interpreter/Farm & Animal Care Specialist position assists in the daily operation of the Farm. Responsibilities include planning and delivering interpretive programs, caring for and maintaining farm livestock and crops, promoting public interest and appreciation of the farm, and recommending improvements to farm programs and operations. This position requires creativity, initiative, enthusiasm, professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general direction of the Supervising Interpreter/Farm Center and is expected to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: This position may supervise interns and seasonal employees as assigned.
