- Assisting in the smooth operation of the F&B department
- Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued
- Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items, and hotel services
- Animate the restaurant and bar to make it fun, unique and an enjoyable experience for all guests, through creative activations and events
- The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious
