Esquimalt Medical Clinic is seeking dedicated physicians for full-time and part-time roles, including walk-in clinic shifts. You'll work in a collaborative group practice with four other physicians and medical office assistants. Your primary focus will be on providing health care to patients, managing a patient load of 25-30 each day, and participating in the on-call provision system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive family medical care to patients
• Manage walk-in clinic patient needs and emergencies
• Collaborate with support staff for optimal practice efficiency
• Ensure compliance with College licensure requirements
