Responsibilities

  • Perform meat cutting and preparation tasks according to established standards and procedures
  • Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of all meat products
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and tools

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food preparation
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in meat processing
