Support Indigenous youth as a full-time Education Assistant with the Lower Nicola Indian Band in Merritt, British Columbia. You will provide academic support and mentorship for secondary students.
The Lower Nicola Indian Band (LNIB) is seeking a dedicated Education Assistant to support students at SD58 Public Schools. Preferred candidates will have experience in educational environments, focusing on helping students succeed academically. This role includes mentoring, organizing homework sessions, and working closely with educators, families, and Indigenous advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
