is seeking a
Full-Time Data Entry & Customer Service Associate
for one of our valued clients in the premium pet care industry. If you have a keen eye for detail, a genuine passion for helping customers, and enjoy collaborating with a team, we'd love to connect with you.

Rate: $5/hour

Schedule: 8AM to 5PM EST

You will be supporting the client by:

• Checking in on customer appointments daily.
• Handling basic customer service via calls, email, and text.
• Updating company CRM with accurate and complete data.
• Coordinating closely with the team members to ensure overall productivity.

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  (BPO, e-commerce, retail, or similar)
• Comfortable doing repetitive data entry tasks with
  high attention to detail
