Employer Name: COLLEGE PARK II RETIREMENT RESIDENCE

Cook - Full-Time Position

As the Full Time Cook you would prepare the food for each meal as outlined on the menu, utilizing the standardized recipes. You would be responsible for ensuring that the food is prepared in a proper manner and presented to the residents in a way that is appetizing in both taste and appearance.

You will report to the Executive Chef.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Cook Trade Certificate.
  • Must have a Food Handling Certificate.
  • Must have experience in quantity food preparation.
  • Must be familiar with the use of kitchen equipment.
  • Experience working with the elderly is an asset.
