Elevate health outcomes in Gitwangak/Gitanyow as a Community Health Nurse with FNHA. This full-time role emphasizes immunizations, TB testing, and chronic disease management.
FNHA is expanding its team in the Gitxsan territories to meet the increasing demand for high-quality nursing services. You will support communities with essential services like STI management and prenatal education. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and current registration with BCCNM are required for this permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer immunizations and maintain full competency
• Conduct TB testing and screening for community health
• Provide education and support for prenatal and postnatal care
• Manage chronic diseases and promote overall health
• Facilitate men’s and women’s wellness programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
• Current BCCNM registration as a practicing nurse
