Make a difference in children's lives as a Full-Time Child Services Worker in Hearst. This role involves providing essential preventative and protective services to families in need.
As part of the Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing team, you will provide a wide range of child services, including risk assessments and protection plans. Ideal candidates will possess either an MSW or BSW, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility in working hours and travel will be required to meet the demands of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide preventative and child protection services
• Complete thorough risk assessments on cases
• Develop effective protection plans for families
• Ensure accurate documentation for dispositional decisions
• Travel as needed to fulfill job duties
