Full Time Child Care Worker (Evening)

The Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc. (EGADZ) is looking for Childcare Workers to work Casual shifts as part of the Baby Steps Program. Workers will provide a safe, supportive environment for children and support mothers attempting to regain custody of their children. Shifts include daytime, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities include facilitating child‑care activities, supporting mothers, and collaborating with other agencies to support family reunification. Workers must follow the Youth Centered Continuum of Care, contributing to partnership teaching and outcome‑based support.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education or post‑secondary education in human services, or equivalent experience
• Hands‑on real‑life experience with children and youth
• Demonstrate a healthy lifestyle
