The Caretaker position requires maintaining properties to quality standards and addressing the housing needs of both Indigenous and Non-Indigenous residents. With a focus on customer service, you’ll assist with unit turnovers and be part of on-call responses for after-hours needs. Key skills include time management and applied trades knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine building inspections for quality assurance
• Assist with unit turnovers and conduct inspections
• Perform minor repairs like touch-up painting and drywall patching
• Maintain basic building mechanical systems
• Respond to after-hours on-call requests
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
