Key Responsibilities:

• Lead two teams (backend and frontend) handling multiple projects or domains.
• Serve as a technical consultant/subject matter expert for assigned projects.

• Mentor and coach team members, providing clear, step-by-step guidance to support career growth.
• Conduct regular brown bag sessions or knowledge transfers on technical and soft skills.
• Create detailed, well-organized technical documentation and implement documentation templates.
• Conduct regular performance checkpoints with team members to align expectations and identify areas for skill improvement.
• Interview potential software engineering candidates and assess their technical capabilities.
