About the Role

Our Client operates a FHIR-native clinical EMR and a national Health Information Exchange platform - connecting facilities, labs, pharmacies, and payers on sovereign data infrastructure across the globe.

We are hiring two senior full-stack engineers to join the core product development team. These are not maintenance roles - you will be building core clinical workflows, integration layers, and data exchange features on a modern NestJS/React stack with FHIR R4 at its centre.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and ship features across the full MERN stack - MongoDB, Express/NestJS, React, Node.js - with ownership from API design to UI delivery.

Implement FHIR R4 resources and RESTful FHIR endpoints using HAPI FHIR or custom NestJS FHIR modules.
