Full-Stack Performance Marketer

We are looking for a
Senior Growth Operations Manager
who already knows how to execute.

This role is for someone who can
run paid ads, create winning creatives, and build marketing systems
without needing step-by-step instruction. You will own campaign execution across
Meta Ads, Canva, and GoHighLevel
, and be responsible for performance, reliability, and scale.

This is
not
a junior role. You should already be comfortable launching campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and improving results.

What You'll Own

You will be responsible for:

• Planning, launching, and optimizing
  Meta ad campaigns
• Creating high-converting ad creatives using
  Canva
• Building and managing funnels, forms, workflows, and automations in
  GoHighLevel
• QA'ing tracking, links, pixels, forms, and pipelines
• Managing creative iterations and testing angles
• Monitoring performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS ...
