Full-Stack Laravel + React Developer for HRMS

We are a staffing company developing a
Web-Based HRMS
for managing attendance, leave, payroll, and salary. The system will include:

• Employee management
• Attendance tracking (auto late/early deduction)
• Leave workflow (apply, approve, reject)
• Payroll calculation & salary slip PDF generation
• Dashboard with reports

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend APIs using
  Laravel
• Design frontend dashboards using
  
• Implement attendance, leave, and payroll logic
• Build salary calculation logic (late/early deduction, leave deduction, OT)
• Create
  PDF salary slips
• Integrate
  role-based authentication
  (Admin, HR, Employee)
• Deploy the system to a
  cloud server

Requirements:

• 4–6 years
  experience in
  Laravel + React
  (Full-Stack)
• Strong understanding of
  MVC architecture
