Full-Stack Laravel + React Developer for HRMS

We are a staffing company developing a Web-Based HRMS for managing attendance, leave, payroll, and salary. The system will include:
Employee management
Attendance tracking (auto late/early deduction)
Leave workflow (apply, approve, reject)
Payroll calculation & salary slip PDF generation
Dashboard with reports
Responsibilities:
Develop backend APIs using Laravel
Design frontend dashboards using
Implement attendance, leave, and payroll logic
Build salary calculation logic (late/early deduction, leave deduction, OT)
Create PDF salary slips
Integrate role-based authentication (Admin, HR, Employee)
Deploy the system to a cloud server
Requirements:
4–6 years experience in Laravel + React (Full-Stack)
Strong understanding of MVC architecture
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
REST API development & integration
Experience with PDF generation (DomPDF, React PDF)
Familiarity with Git / version control
Responsive UI development
