Key Responsibilities
Backend: Develop high performance services in Java 11+/17, Spring Boot, build market data ingestion, order routing, trade execution engines; work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, FIX protocols.
Frontend: Create responsive dashboards with React/Angular, TypeScript; implement trading blotters, charts, and portfolio screens.
Architecture: Lead design of distributed, low latency systems; apply clean architecture, DDD, and secure coding practices.
Security & Compliance: Ensure OWASP standards, OAuth2/OIDC, encryption, and adherence to KYC/AML regulations.
Leadership: Mentor junior developers; collaborate with Product, QA, and business teams; deliver reliable features on time.
Required Skills
Bachelor's in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
3-5+ years enterprise web application development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL, REST/GraphQL, React/Angular.
Experience with financial/trading systems and cloud deployments.
