This role is ideal for a highly collaborative, full-stack engineer with strong backend expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment. The candidate will work across a variety of modern, cloud-native applications, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to build scalable and efficient solutions. They will partner with fellow practice leads to set the north star for architectural patterns, design principles, and implementation standards, bridging practitioners, and architects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This individual will play a key role in shaping development practices, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation in how software is built in an evolving, AI-augmented landscape.
