Role summary

We’re hiring a full-stack Head of Growth Marketing to own end-to-end growth at KamayaKya (SEBI Registered Research Analyst). This is not only performance marketing or only content. You will run organic + paid acquisition, funnel strategy + CRO, cohort-based lifecycle marketing, experimentation, analytics, and growth operations, working directly with the CEO/CXOs/board to drive growth and revenue outcomes. Scope covers KamayaKya website subscriptions, Smallcase subscriptions, and over time PMS lead generation. You won’t write code;
you will drive requirements, funnels, experiments, tracking plans, briefs, coordination, QA, and reporting.
