Our client, a growing startup using fintech to make greener, more efficient and sustainable building upgrades is looking for a full-stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to join the team and build products as well as features to help customers maximize success.



Role Details

• Own the end-to-end feature development, from concept, through implementation and deployment.


• Write and review code across the entire stack maintaining quality and execution speed.


• Make key architectural contributions to shape the technology stack.


• Assist with defining best practices and considering when to build or buy off the shelf.


• Influence the product roadmap by working closely with leadership to understand customer pain points, and negotiate project requirements and priorities.


• Gain exposure to all aspects of a startup business.
