The business focuses on solving a highly specific, high-value problem within investment funds law: simplifying and automating the manual, complex, and risk-heavy processes surrounding side letter management and the Most Favoured-Nation (MFN) process. The business has recently secured Series-C funding.

This isn’t a “bit of frontend, bit of backend” role.
