About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a strategic nearshore expansion within a Swiss enterprise environment.

This is not a feature-factory role. You will deliver production-grade solutions while contributing to architectural decisions and long-term technical standards.

You will work directly with product and business stakeholders in a cross-border setup, with strong autonomy and accountability.
