Senior Full-Stack Developer (Pakistan) — Right-Hand Product Engineer (Full-Time, Remote)

One of our Clients, a YouTube channel with about 100 million monthly views, is hiring an experienced full-stack developer in Pakistan to join a small team with a large, ongoing backlog of fairly complex dev work. This is not a take a fully specced ticket and code it role only. We're looking for someone who can operate like a second lead: see the bigger picture, ask the right questions, propose better approaches, and take concepts from rough idea → clear plan → shipped solution.

You'll work alongside an existing team of developers (good execution, less proactive/architectural initiative) and help raise the team's throughput and decision-making by being proactive, deep-diving, and solution-oriented.
