About the Project:

We're building an AI-powered web application for managers to verify a specific part is changed on schedule. The app automates compliance tracking using image verification (AI/OCR), SMS notifications (Twilio), and a reporting dashboard.

We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer (or small team) who can bring this project to life efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the frontend (React, Next.js, Tailwind)
• Build the backend (Node.js, NestJS/Express, PostgreSQL)
• Implement AI-powered image verification using OpenCV + Tesseract OCR
• Integrate Twilio for SMS reminders and escalations
• Set up AWS S3 for image storage and ensure data security
• Create a dashboard for property managers & landlords to track compliance
