About the Role
As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you'll design, develop, and deploy web-based services and applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks. You'll collaborate with peers, mentor team members, and ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and built to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable applications.
Collaborate with team members to define requirements and build effective solutions.
Maintain and enhance .NET applications; troubleshoot and resolve defects.
Develop and optimize databases (queries, triggers, stored procedures).
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
Work closely with QA for high-quality deliverables.
Document systems with flowcharts and technical documentation.
Partner with leadership to deliver projects on time.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong knowledge in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, OAuth, IIS, WCF.
