Job Description

What you will do
  • Build and deliver end-to-end features across UI, backend services, and database;
  • Implement and extend React-based UI using existing component libraries;
  • Develop .NET APIs and services following established patterns;
  • Design and modify MSSQL schemas, queries, and data logic;
  • Use AI tools (especially GitHub Copilot) heavily for code generation, iteration, and refactoring;
  • Review AI-generated code critically and ensure production-ready quality;
  • Work independently after design discussions, with regular reviews and feedback from Software Architect and Director of Technology;
  • Plug into existing infrastructure and development workflows with minimal ramp-up;
  • Collaborate with internal IT team and product owners;
  • Participate in design discussions with Software Architect and Director of Technology;
