About the role

We're looking for a full-stack engineer in Colombia to join the team developing a comprehensive digital platform designed to revolutionize how acquisition entrepreneurs manage their business acquisition search. The platform replaces outdated PDF buyer profiles with dynamic, shareable online profiles that present searchers as credible, investment-ready professionals to brokers, sellers, and lenders . You'll join a small Colombian team that is the single point of accountability for everything technical — from architecture choices to new feature delivery and bug fixes. You'll partner daily with a Colombia-based Senior Developer and the wider Shareholder Ventures team (15+ in Colombia and more in the US) to shape, build, and scale a tool used by entrepreneurs buying small businesses in the US. Owning code to cloud suits experienced developers who like autonomy and direct impact.
