(The Role)
We are looking for a self-driven, senior-level engineer who can hit the ground running.
You will take ownership of complex backend systems, video processing pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, and you will drive them from design to production.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, cares deeply about performance and reliability, and communicates clearly with a distributed team.
(What You Will Do)
Design and build high-performance backend APIs and microservices (Python / Java / ) that power core platform features
Own and iterate on video/audio processing pipelines using FFmpeg — transcoding, filtering, real-time preview, and AI-assisted editing
Architect and maintain data pipelines (batch & streaming) with Kafka/SQS and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Flyte
Build and scale search & indexing systems (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch) for content discovery
Lead cloud infrastructure work on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3) and GCP; manage co...
