As the technical anchor of our digital division, this role fits directly into our core growth strategy, bridging our successful physical retail operations with our e-commerce ambitions. Success in this position looks like absolute architectural ownership: achieving 80+ PageSpeed scores, maintaining 99.9% server uptime, and ensuring flawless, real-time data synchronization between our custom inventory systems and web front-ends.
