Full Stack Developer – Retail Solutions

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting, and we’re building a new internal product startup, Retail Solutions, focused on delivering high-impact retail products. We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer for our Spanish team (Madrid or Barcelona) with a passion for building analytic tools for merchandising and pricing decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively challenge the status quo and continuously improve processes.
  • Design and develop complex analytical software using Python, Node.js, and API services.
  • Build and maintain Docker containerized services and interact with data repositories.
  • Advocate for users, distilling their needs into product features.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, negotiate trade‑offs, and collaborate cross‑functionally.
