About the Project: We are building a Governance-Driven System.

This is not a simple CRUD dashboard project.

The system requires:

Structured KPI computation

Configurable rule engine

Strict server-side business logic

Expandable, modular architecture

Phase 1 delivers the Governance MVP foundation.

Future modules will expand into advanced planning and enterprise modules.
