Job Description
Project Overview:
We are building an Autonomous Deal Discovery Platform focused on acquiring small businesses in the United States (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, service-based businesses, etc.).
We need a developer (or small team) to build:
1. An automated web crawling agent
2. A structured deal ingestion system
3. A deal scoring engine
4. A web dashboard with multilingual support (English/Spanish)
5. Broker outreach automation
6. NDA handling + document storage
7. Financial upload parsing and dynamic rescoring
This is NOT a basic scraper. It is a deal discovery + outreach + intake system.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: API Integration, Customer Relationship Management, Web Development, JavaScript, Python, , PHP, Web Application, React, API
