What we're looking for and what we're not.

We're not a corporate. There's no 6-round interview process, no backlog with 400 tickets, no quarterly planning that takes 3 weeks. We're a team of 7 building something that doesn't fully exist yet: cognitive replicas of real consumers, trained to predict behavior before a single product, communication or campaign goes live.

Your code ships to production. You get full context on business decisions. What you build this week, clients see next week.

What you'll build:

Full-stack webapps, from PostgreSQL schema to FastAPI endpoints to TypeScript/React frontend. ML pipelines that power our Augmented Consumer engine. Experience with integrations with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, is a plus, our performance marketing platform that delivers pre-tested, validated ad campaigns.
