Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

Lead scrum teams in developing and maintaining critical mobile applications and web portals, ensuring timely delivery of prioritised features using Agile methodologies. Facilitate all Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming), monitor and report on team performance metrics such as velocity and burn‑down/up charts, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders to groom and prioritise the product backlog, aligning deliverables with strategic business goals, key performance indicators and revenue targets. Manage project‑related CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking and reporting for the scrum team’s activities.
